New Wellbeing Service for Southend-on-Sea
Everyone Health has been awarded the contract to deliver the new Southend-on-Sea Wellbeing Service launched on 1stJune 2019. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is working in partnership with us to offer adults aged over 16 living and working in Southend and registered with a Southend GP.
Working across local communities we provide a high-quality accessible service, placing residents at the heart of delivery and decision making with our ‘it’s all about you’ approach which successfully operates across Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire amongst others.
How does it work?
We invite residents to undertake a short needs assessment with our fully qualified behaviour change specialists within our Clinical Contact Centre. This will be available for residents to undertake for themselves online, very shortly.
With the support of our Health Trainers we will coach provide the safety net and added-value level of support to boost and bolster the positive impact the service will have on improving health and wellbeing of the residents of Southend-on-Sea.
